Stan in search of sunshine

Then, on Wed 01 Dec 2004, this email was received from one Mr Stanley Squirrel

Hi Dad, Uncle Andrew and Lovely Ladies,

I have decided to go on a holiday because hanging out on that desk listening to people talking about other squirrels was getting boring (despite the visits from the pretty girls). [for the record pretty ladies being Lady Lorna, Ms Kate Cuffin, and of course yours truly]

Today was really fun, I went on a bush walk to look for some other sorts of squirrels. I didnt find any, but I had a lot of fun running around in the trees and lying in the sun... mmm... right now its about 7pm and its STILL light! I don't know if I want to come back.

Daddy, do you miss me very much?
